When you use our contact form we collect your name, business name, email, optional phone number and anything you write in your message.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare a quote and provide our services. We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Client financial information
Financial records you share as a client are used only to provide bookkeeping services, kept confidential, and stay in your own accounting software wherever possible.
Website data
The books health check runs in your browser and saves nothing. Our website host may keep standard server logs for security.

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@clarebook.ca. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
